Job Qualification Requirements:
1. Certification, Experience & Compliance:
o Must possess a valid Pest Control Certification.
o Must be able to demonstrate compliance with the Bureau of Environmental Compliance and Quality (BECQ) requirements
o A pest control knowledge test will be conducted on-site.
o At least 12 months of working experience as a Pest Control Technician.
2. Knowledge & Skills:
o Must be able to identify pests, understand their life cycle and habits, and apply proper control methods.
o Must be able to perform proper handling, application, and storage of pesticides.
o Ability to identify infestations and ensure proper treatment.
o Must be able to determine the correct chemical mixture in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency Label.
3. Communication & Customer Service:
o Must be able to communicate to clients the process of treating different kinds of pest solution needed
4. Must be a high school graduate.

C. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least
threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the
place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date
specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
D. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will
provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment
to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will
provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the
worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The
amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common
carrier for the distances involved.
E. Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment
required to perform the duties assigned.
F. Employment Basis and Duration: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on Oct 01, 2025- Sept 30, 2028.
G. WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least thirty-five (35)

Apply or release chemical solutions or toxic gases and set traps to kill or remove pests and vermin that infest buildings and surrounding areas. Assess treatment plans and performs, mix and calibrate emulsion for each treatment and adhere to all safety standards according to DEQ and EPA rules and regulations. Study preliminary reports or diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation. The employee shall also be required to carry out associated functions as the Company may require from time to time.
